Leasing Professional – Mid‑Rise Community (300 Units)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized mid‑rise community of 300 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and complete lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
