Leasing Professional – Mercer at Union Station

About the role

Greystar is seeking a proactive Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Mercer at Union Station community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards and ensure community presentation aligns with Greystar brand guidelines.
