About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a 134‑unit community in Menifee, California. Working Wednesday through Sunday, you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by delivering exceptional leasing experiences from prospecting to lease signing and renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease documents, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate lease execution.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
- Strong knowledge of leasing processes, application handling, and resident retention strategies.
- Ability to work a Wednesday‑Sunday schedule, 9 am–6 pm, with flexibility based on business needs.
