About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for a stabilized garden‑style community of 362 units. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
