Leasing Professional – Marlowe Lake Manatee

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention at the Marlowe Lake Manatee community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Understanding of local market trends and competitor conditions.
• Experience using property management software to manage leasing activities.
