About the role
The Leasing Professional (Marlowe) will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a residential community, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets. The role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready, and schedule any necessary preparations.
- Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease and work to secure lease renewals.
