Leasing Professional – Manhattan Shores Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Manhattan Shores community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needed to achieve move‑in ready condition.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, lease‑up experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
