Leasing Professional – Luxury Apartment Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Solle Davie Luxury Apartments community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while supporting resident retention through renewals and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
