About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Los Angeles community. In this full‑time position you will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
- Conduct all sales and leasing activities, from prospect outreach to lease signing.
- Manage resident relations throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Track and report leasing performance metrics.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
- Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Ability to manage prospect follow‑up, resident relations, and leasing targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
- Experience using RealPage.
- Familiarity with OneSite.
- Experience with ILM (Integrated Lease Management).
