Leasing Professional (Lease Up) – Summerwell Marvida

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Lease Up) will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Summerwell Marvida community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage prospect data.
