Leasing Professional (Lease Up)

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead lease‑up activities for the Broadstone Creekside community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for unit inspections and documentation.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adapt leasing strategies.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
