Leasing Professional – Lantower River Landing

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Lantower River Landing community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing or property management with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet occupancy targets.
