Leasing Professional – Lantower Grande Flats

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Lantower Grande Flats community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience and driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit checks, and background screenings.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness, and schedule any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for lease documentation and unit inspections.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
