Leasing Professional – Landsby

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing and renewal activities for our Landsby community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications and move‑in processes while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic and leasing activity.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Availability to work Friday through Tuesday.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
