Leasing Professional – Kapolei Lofts

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Kapolei Lofts community. In this role you will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure apartments are ready.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage leasing workflow.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Valid real‑estate license.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property‑management systems.
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
