Leasing Professional – Jefferson Cenza

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our Jefferson Cenza community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management CRM systems.
• Experience handling guarantor documentation.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
