Leasing Professional

About the role

The Leasing Professional is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals at the Arista Uptown community.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, using resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, documenting and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
