Leasing Professional

About the role

The Leasing Professional is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention for the community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system.
• Promote lease renewals and implement resident retention initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real‑estate or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent resident service.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets in a fast‑paced environment.
