Leasing Professional - Indigo 301

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Indigo 301 community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role manages the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality by performing daily inspections and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property‑management environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation, inspections, and data entry.
