About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Indigo 19 community in Virginia Beach, VA. The role coordinates marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention. The professional will manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting to lease signing and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. Greystar is a leading global real‑estate platform managing over $300 billion of assets across more than 265 markets.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and showing apartments.
- Process applications, conduct credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
- Ensure smooth resident move‑in and lease signing, and inspect apartments prior to resident occupancy.
