About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Hollywood, FL community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident onboarding experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in and verify that units meet Greystar’s standards.
- Collaborate with the property team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
