Leasing Professional – High Rise Lease‑Up

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a high‑rise lease‑up community of 347 units in Fallyn. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets through full‑cycle leasing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct community tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease and move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑in.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any outstanding items.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and special programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management, preferably in high‑rise or lease‑up environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to conduct tours and handle inquiries.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills for managing paperwork and move‑in processes.
• Flexible schedule including rotating weekends.
