Leasing Professional – Hardrock Canyon Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its Hardrock Canyon community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct community tours, qualify prospects, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
