Leasing Professional – Harbor Grove

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the leasing, marketing and renewal activities for its Garden‑style community in Harbor Grove. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality resident experience throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect greetings, qualify leads, give community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, prepare leases and move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor local market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain compliance with community policies and ensure accurate documentation of leasing activities.

Required profile

• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and lease documentation.
• Ability to stay informed about market conditions and competitor activity.
• Effective communication skills for resident interactions and marketing outreach.

Required skills

• Experience with property‑management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email platforms.
