Leasing Professional – Halden at Red Oak

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our community at Halden at Red Oak. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track unit availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community areas to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Attention to detail in processing applications and preparing lease documents.
