Leasing Professional – Grapevine

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Grapevine community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, and processing applications.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet and qualify prospects.
• Effective communication skills for conducting community tours and showing apartments.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and ensuring move‑in readiness.
• Awareness of local market conditions and competitor activity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools, including Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
• Ability to process applications, conduct credit checks, and perform background screenings.
