Leasing Professional – Glo

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for its Glo community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages and ensure smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, confirm readiness and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, resident relations or property‑management environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify prospects and close leases.
• Ability to stay informed on local market conditions and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
