Leasing Professional – Gateway Arvada Ridge

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Gateway Arvada Ridge community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience and fostering long‑term resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform occupancy strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in maintaining unit readiness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms) to generate leads.
