Leasing Professional – Gateway 505

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for the Gateway 505 community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
