Leasing Professional – Garden‑Style Apartment Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized garden‑style community of 332 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through full‑cycle leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
