About the role

Join a leading global real‑estate platform as a Leasing Professional for a stabilized, garden‑style community of 198 units. You will be the front‑line representative, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Implement marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term to encourage renewals and retain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and maintain community standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
