About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Fountain Palms community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
• Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.
