Leasing Professional for The Henry Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for The Henry community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track unit availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure show units and community spaces meet company standards for presentation and quality.

Required profile
