Leasing Professional for The Hallon I Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Hallon I community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage prospect data.
• Maintain show unit quality and ensure community standards are met.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing activities from prospecting to lease signing.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
• Attention to detail in unit inspections and documentation.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
• Competence in credit screening and background check processes.
