Leasing Professional for The Chloe Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for The Chloe community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect greetings, qualify leads, give community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or sales within residential real‑estate environments.
• Strong ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, and manage the full leasing cycle.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Experience creating and implementing marketing and referral programs.
• Familiarity with property management software and data tracking.
