Leasing Professional for Residential Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Broadstone Amelia community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct community tours, qualify prospects, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and oversee the smooth transition of new residents.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Ability to conduct tours, qualify prospects, and manage lease documentation.
• Familiarity with market analysis and community marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate unit inspections and move‑in readiness.
