Leasing Professional for Fountain Palms Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Fountain Palms community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and handle lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
