Leasing Professional for Emory West Cypress Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Emory West Cypress community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through end‑to‑end leasing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation and unit inspections.
