Leasing Professional for Ellipse at Fairfax Corner

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Ellipse at Fairfax Corner community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets through full‑cycle leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease and move‑in packages, and ensure smooth move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email and other websites.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect and resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards and overall community presentation in line with company quality expectations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to greet, qualify and guide prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented inspection and coordination skills to ensure apartments are move‑in ready.
• Market awareness and ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in using property management software and internet marketing tools.
• Ability to manage leasing documentation and follow established policies.
