Leasing Professional for Coral Palms Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead the marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Coral Palms community at Oakleaf. The role focuses on achieving high occupancy, revenue targets and resident satisfaction in a townhome‑style property undergoing lease‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show townhome units.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Work a Monday‑Friday schedule (9 am‑6 pm) with rotating weekend coverage.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including tours, paperwork and follow‑up.
