Leasing Professional for Apex Marathon Village

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Apex Marathon Village community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction in a stabilized mid‑rise property of 313 units.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management, preferably in a mid‑rise, stabilized community.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
