Leasing Professional for Alaire Apartment Homes

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Alaire community, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. The role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Capability to design and implement marketing initiatives that drive traffic.
• Proficiency in using property management software for data tracking and reporting.

Required skills

• Experience with property management platforms such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
