Leasing Professional for 1202 Pearl Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the 1202 Pearl community team. You will drive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and market available units through social media and online platforms.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience (or a strong can‑do attitude).
• Professional appearance and high level of professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (preferred).
