Leasing Professional – Everett

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Everett community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to lease renewals, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Provide a seamless move‑in experience and maintain ongoing resident satisfaction.
• Perform market research on comparable properties to support advertising and pricing decisions.
• Secure lease renewals and manage resident communication throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, team‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
