Leasing Professional – Entry Level

About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Leasing Professional to support marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized mid‑rise community of 84 units. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through the full leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software, tracking availability, traffic, and leasing activity.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience or relatable background in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
