Leasing Professional – Emeline Heights

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team at Emeline Heights, a Broadstone community managed by Greystar in Houston, Texas. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy and address any issues to maintain unit standards.
• Coordinate community marketing initiatives and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing, lease preparation and unit inspections.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining high resident retention.
• Effective communication skills for tours, negotiations and resident interactions.
