Leasing Professional – Elevate on 5th

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Elevate on 5th community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect qualification to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing and sales.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service throughout the lease term.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on occupancy and revenue goals.
