Leasing Professional – Edge

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Edge community in Anaheim. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing process and supporting resident renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term to encourage renewals.
• Work a Wednesday‑Sunday schedule, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility based on business needs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport with prospects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
