Leasing Professional – Edge Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction for the Edge community in Anaheim. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting resident retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software (OneSite, Yardi) and track leasing activity.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet occupancy goals.
• Flexible schedule, typically Wednesday‑Sunday, 9 am‑6 pm.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
