About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Eagle Gate Apartments. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and address any issues.
- Manage lease renewals and implement resident retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community and drive occupancy.
Required profile
- Experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build resident satisfaction.
- Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
